ADEREN in Madrid is seeking a QA Lead to define and drive the quality strategy across a complex backend-oriented, multi-squad project. You will coordinate QA activities and ensure visibility of quality risks throughout delivery.

The role requires QA leadership, delivery coordination, and backend testing expertise. You will establish a robust QA operating model, support squads in quality decisions, and ensure quality is embedded in the lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience leading QA strategy across complex software projects.
• Strong coordination across multiple squads to ensure quality.
• Experience with API testing, integration testing, and risk-based validation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the QA strategy, standards, and ways of working across the programme.
• Coordinate QA activities across squads with consistent execution and reporting.
• Oversee test coverage for API, integration, contract testing, and regression.
• Ensure quality validation for authentication, authorisation, roles, and service interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development, and DevOps to embed quality.
• Coordinate quality reporting, traceability, and release-readiness.
