Allianz Technology seeks a quality‑driven QA leader to define and own end‑to‑end QA strategy across mobile, backend and integrations, including release gates, KPIs and quality standards. You will build and scale automation frameworks and embed shift‑left practices across the product lifecycle.

In a distributed, global environment you will drive non‑functional testing, partner with DevOps, lead test data and environment strategy, ensure GDPR compliance and deliver production‑ready releases with

• Leadership in QA strategy across complex, distributed environments.
• Proven track record building QA frameworks and automation in mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android).
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines and QA tooling (TestRail, Xray).
• Knowledge of risk-based testing and large-scale release management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end QA strategy across all layers.
• Build and scale automation frameworks for mobile UI, integration and contract testing.
• Embed shift-left in lifecycle via refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps and tech leads.
• Define and manage test environments and data strategy, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Lead non-functional testing and ensure production readiness at global scale.
• Drive quality governance, reporting and continuous improvement via KPIs and production feedback loops.
