Aderen is seeking a QA Lead to define and drive the quality strategy across a complex backend-oriented project. You will coordinate QA activities across the programme to ensure consistent standards, visibility of quality risks, and alignment between testing, delivery, and governance.

This role demands a strong mix of QA leadership, delivery coordination, and backend-oriented testing understanding, helping squads embed quality throughout the lifecycle and ensuring release readiness.

Formación

• Demonstrated QA leadership in complex software delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating QA across multiple squads or teams.
• Backend/API focused testing and validation with strong analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the overall QA strategy and standards across the programme.
• Coordinate QA activities across squads with consistent execution, evidence, reporting and defect management.
• Oversee test coverage for API, integration, contract testing, regression, and risk-based validation.
• Ensure QA validation for authentication, authorisation, roles, tenant isolation and service interactions.
