Aderen is seeking a QA Lead to define and drive the quality strategy across a complex, backend-oriented project. You will coordinate QA across squads, ensure consistent standards, and align testing with delivery and governance expectations.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can embed quality throughout the lifecycle and work with Product, Architecture, DevOps and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have experience with API testing, integration and contract testing, and be fluent

Formación

• Experience leading QA within complex software delivery environments.
• Experience coordinating QA across multiple squads.
• Background in backend-oriented testing with APIs, integrations, or workflows.
• Experience defining test approaches, quality gates, defect triage, reporting, and release readiness.
• Ability to work with developers, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Professional level of English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the overall QA strategy, standards, and ways of working across the programme.
• Coordinate and support QA activities across squads, ensuring consistency in execution, evidence, reporting, and defect management.
• Oversee test coverage across API testing, integration testing, contract testing, regression, negative scenarios, business workflows, and risk-based validation.
• Ensure appropriate quality validation in authentication, authorization, roles and claims, tenant isolation, and service interactions.
• Work closely with Product, Business Analysis, Architecture, Development, DevOps, and external stakeholders to embed quality throughout delivery.
• Coordinate quality reporting, traceability, audit readiness, and release-readiness recommendations.
• Support collaboration with IV&V, including evidence preparation, defect clarification, and follow-up activities.
• Promote clear traceability between requirements, test coverage, defects, evidence, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure AI-assisted QA or test generation aligns with quality standards.
