UST is seeking a QA Automation Engineer / SDET to join our Quality Engineering team in Madrid. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Postman, JMeter, Selenium, Playwright, Karate, SQL, and Java, plus strong collaboration and communication skills.

Formación

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer / SDET.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Postman, SOAP testing tools, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of Java and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright and Karate for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for frontend, backend, and API testing.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to validate business requirements and application functionality.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Karate.
• Create, execute, and monitor API tests using Postman and SOAP-based testing tools.
• Perform performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and QA peers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
