Nuvolar Works, S.L.U. is seeking a QA Automation Engineer / SDET to join our healthcare projects in a hybrid Barcelona-based role.

You will design automation frameworks, build reusable testing tools, and support QA engineers and development teams to deliver reliable digital products. You’ll collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders to implement automation across backend/API, frontend, and end-to-end workflows, using Playwright, TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, and AI-assisted

Formación

• 5+ years in test automation or engineering roles focused on quality tooling.
• Experience designing, building, or maintaining automated test frameworks or reusable testing solutions.
• Solid understanding of backend/API testing, frontend testing, integration testing, and regression testing approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable testing solutions.
• Build automation capabilities for backend/API testing, frontend testing, end-to-end workflows, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Create scalable and maintainable automation solutions using Playwright, TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Develop reusable components and tools that help QA engineers and development teams improve testing efficiency.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to understand testing challenges and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Apply software engineering best practices to automation projects, including clean code, documentation, maintainability, and reliability.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve automation development, test generation, debugging, documentation, and productivity.
• Contribute to evolution towards modern, scalable, and AI-augmented quality engineering practices.
