Burgess is urgently seeking a Purser for a 100m+ charter yacht based in Spain. The role demands extensive Purser experience on large charter vessels and strong administrative capabilities.

The candidate will manage budgets, accounts, inventories and guest itineraries, ensuring professional and seamless operations on board. Collaboration with department heads is essential in a dynamic charter environment.

Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a Purser for a 100m+ yacht.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Purser to join a dynamic crew on a busy charter yacht.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Must have experience as Purser on large charter yachts
• ENG1, STCW and any other valid certifications in hand
• Relevant Purser qualifications and experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a dynamic environment
• Confident in overseeing all administrative functions on board, managing budgets, accounts and inventory systems
• Able to manage guest itineraries, customs and port clearances
• Collaborate closely with department heads to maintain operational efficiency
• B1/B2 visa required

Start date: Before 10 November

Location: Spain

Salary: 10,000 EUR

Leave: 2:2 rotation
