Head of Department is seeking a motivated Third Stew to join a brand-new interior team on a 50m+ yacht in Barcelona. You\'ll help set up and run the vessel to a five-star standard from the start, with time to implement new systems as a team before heading into the Med season.

Role covers housekeeping, guest service, laundry and admin support for the Chief and Relief Chief, with rotating service on charter and involvement in spa and guest amenities.

Competenze

• STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 are required.
• Schengen visa or EU passport.
• At least 1 season of interior experience on a yacht 50m+.
• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills with attention to detail.
• Strong admin and organisational skills and reporting.
• Confident, warm guest service and professional presence.
• Willing to work long hours on charter.

80m new build with 21-23 crew, currently in Barcelona until April 2027, then heading into charter season. We’re looking for a motivated Third Stew to join our interior team. You’ll help set up and run a brand-new vessel to a high standard from the start, with time to implement new systems as a team before heading in to the Med season in April/May.

The role

• Housekeeping and detailing of guest cabins, public areas and crew areas to a five-star standard
• Guest service, including breakfast, lunch and dinner service, bar service and table settings
• Laundry and pressing of guest and crew linen and clothing
• Monitoring the interior’s daily tasks on the floor, making sure they’re completed on time, and reporting progress to the Relief Chief / Chief Stew at the end of each day
• Supporting the Chief and Relief Chief with admin, inventories, provisioning and setting up interior systems during the yard period
• Rotating through early, mid and late service on charter
• Helping with spa and wellness areas, plus flowers, turndowns and guest amenities

Requirements

• STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 (or equivalent), both valid
• A valid Schengen visa or EU passport
• At least 1 season of interior experience on a yacht of 50m or more
• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Strong admin and organisational skills, and confidence keeping on top of daily tasks and reporting on progress
• Confident, warm guest service and a polished, professional presence
• A team player with a positive attitude who is happy to work long hours on charter
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos [adjust to vessel policy]

Desirable

• Experience with Trello, Sortly and Microsoft To Do (not essential, training given)
• Silver service or barista training
• WSET Level 1 or other wine knowledge
• Spa, massage or wellness experience
• Pilates qualifications or a keen interest in pilates
• Floristry or tablescaping skills
