Wilsonhalligan is seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand for a 60m+ private sailing yacht with a dual-season itinerary. The successful candidate will possess prior sailing yacht experience, a Yachtmaster certificate, and strong tender-driving skills; diving is a bonus. The role begins mid to late November, with a Caribbean crossing and a 40-day leave.

We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and mature Lead Deckhand to join a 60m+ private and light charter sailing yacht operating a dual-season itinerary.

The vessel has genuinely lovely owners and will be crossing to the Caribbean at the end of November.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous sailing yacht experience - essential
• Yachtmaster - essential
• Strong tender-driving skills
• Experience with a variety of watersports
• Diving experience would be a bonus
• A valid B1/B2 visa is essential due to the vessel’s itinerary

Package on offer:

• Start date: Mid to late November
• Leave: 40 days
• Salary: €4,000 DOE
