Responsibilities
- Handle provisioning and activation of mobile (prepaid / postpaid / eSIM) and fixed-line services (TV when will be applicable).
- Coordinate SIM / eSIM management, number portability, and technical activation via MVNE / MNO platforms.
- Monitor service orders, customer tickets, and resolve discrepancies in billing, charging, or provisioning.
- Support the frontline customer service with escalations and backend problem resolution.
- Manage service suspensions, reactivations, and disconnections based on customer requests or credit status.
- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates in CRM, billing.
- Collaborate with MNOs, infrastructure partners, and vendors to troubleshoot service issues.
- Execute regular data consistency checks between MVNO platforms and MNO core network.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in telecom operations or customer support (preferably MVNO / MNO - Mobile Virtual Network Operator companies)
- Familiarity with telecom provisioning systems, CRM, and billing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical teams, MNO, customer care).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Schedule
- 08 / 09h -17 / 18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
- 3 days of office work | 2 days by remote.
