The Cigna Group in Madrid is looking for an SME to support Supervisors in process management and training. You will be responsible for improving services and maintaining in-depth process knowledge.

The ideal candidate has strong performance and claims experience, fluent English, and skills in Windows tools. A proactive problem-solving attitude and a growth mindset are essential for driving change and delivering high-quality customer service.

Formación

• 1 year of experience working at Cigna.
• Able to work remotely with peers across locations.
• Action-oriented problem-solving attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Support Supervisor and Senior Supervisor in relevant processes.
• Be the go-to person for process expertise in your team.
• Take ownership of escalated cases and solve issues in your area.

Conocimientos

Strong performance track record

Claims IOH processes experience

Fluency in English

Good communication skills

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
