Job summary

evoke is seeking a Proposition Manager to define the CRM and customer proposition strategy for the Spanish market across Sportsbook and Gaming. You will drive targeted campaigns, collaborate with CRM Operations, Marketing, BI, Product, VIP, Gaming, and Global teams to deliver data-driven, compliant customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Lifecycle Marketing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies and retention mechanics.
• Experience managing customer propositions and promotional campaigns within digital businesses.
• Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define the customer proposition strategy for the 888 brand in Spain across Sportsbook and Gaming products.
• Coordinate execution of the ATL campaign plans with CRM teams across email, push, SMS, onsite and other channels.
• Manage and evolve the 888 customer proposition to stay competitive in the Spanish market.
• Collaborate with BI & Analytics to analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Identify trends and actionable insights to improve retention and CLV.
• Align CRM priorities with Commercial, Marketing, VIP, Product, Gaming and Sportsbook teams.
• Support promotional calendars and major events across campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs to continuously improve customer experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis for CRM trends and opportunities.
• Ensure all CRM activity complies with Spanish regulations and responsible gaming.
• Coordinate with GMS and Creative teams for timely localization of assets.
• Support additional customer engagement initiatives as required.
