Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure seeks a Program Manager to lead Delivery and Lifecycle Grid Control projects across the Iberian Region (Spain and Portugal). You will provide strategic oversight of the regional project portfolio, and personally own selected key projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, computer science, or business, at least 7 years of experience in project management, and fluency in Spanish and English

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in energy or software.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Grid Control Delivery and Lifecycle project portfolio in Iberia.
• Manage strategic and complex projects with end-to-end accountability (scope, schedule, budget, quality).
• Ensure full compliance with Siemens and global governance standards; embed best practices.
• Guide and support Project Managers and Lifecycle Success Managers.
