Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a Proposal Engineer to lead the bid process for services and Energy Transition projects, coordinating technicians, procurement, legal, and finance to assemble complete proposals.

You will analyze client requirements, prepare commercial and technical documents, negotiate with clients, and manage subcontractor bids, with travel as needed and strong English proficiency valued.

Formación

• Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.
• Proven experience in proposal management for energy transition, renewables, or refinery sectors is valued.
• Strong command of MS Office tools and data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze Client's bid requirements and assure completion.
• Lead internal tender preparation across departments to gather information.
• Address and obtain clarifications from Client.
• Coordinate with Construction Management on bid strategy and subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate with partners/subcontractors for technical and commercial proposals.
• Supervise and monitor the offer budget estimates.
• Prepare commercial/administrative documents and ensure technical completeness.
• Ensure correct emission of technical-commercial proposals.
• Submit proposals and prepare subsequent clarifications/amendments.
• Actively participate in client negotiations.

We are looking for candidates for the position Proposal Engineer

Functions:

• Responsible for analyzing the Client's invitation to bid requirements and assuring its completion.
• Leading the internal preparation of tenders, specifically services and Energy Transition projects, coordinating the different departments involved (technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc...) to obtain the necessary information for the bid.
• Address and obtain clarifications from the Client.
• Coordinate with the Construction Management the construction strategy and the attainment of bids from subcontractors.
• Coordinate with partners and/or subcontractors their correct involvement in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal.
• Supervise and monitor the accomplishment of the offer's estimate budget.
• Prepare the commercial and administrative documentation, as well as assuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate.
• Responsible for the correct emission of the technical-commercial proposal.
• Responsible for the submittal of the proposals
• Prepare the subsequent clarifications and amendments to the presentation of the Offer.
• Actively participating in the negotiations with the Client.

Qualification:

• Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.

Experience:

• 2-5 years as Proposal Manager, preferably in the area of Transition Engineering and Renewables, or in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment and upstream. We value the experience in the process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations.

Tools:

• Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet, IA.

Languages:

• Essential high level of English written and spoken
