Técnicas Reunidas is seeking a Rotating Equipment Senior Engineer in Madrid with 15+ years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power projects. You will develop activities to specify, select and follow up rotating equipment, ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance, and engage in cross-discipline reviews.

You will review vendor offers, prepare technical evaluations, and support procurement and expediting, with opportunities to lead teams and develop specialized skills within a professional group.

Formación

• Experience working autonomously on service projects such as FEEDs or EPCs.
• Experience supervising others as a PMC/PMT or similar.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment specifications, selection, and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for inquiry.
• Review vendor offers and prepare technical evaluations.
• Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for purchase.
• Review, mark-up comments and finalize vendor drawings with other disciplines.
• Attend internal reviews and inter-discipline meetings (HAZOP, P&IDs, 3D Model).
• Coordinate with other disciplines and support expediting and testing activities.

Contractor Company is looking for candidates for the position of Rotating Equipment Senior Engineer, with at least 15 years of demonstrable experience in this type of equipment in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Projects or Power Plants.
The Rotating Equipment Senior Engineer will develop activities for specify, select and follow up rotating equipment, ensuring the compliance with the technical, QA/QC and HSE requirements. The candidate must have extensive knowledge in rotating equipment (gas and steam turbines, compressors, pumps, etc).Review project specifications and technical requirements.

• Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for inquiry.
• Review Vendor offers and prepare technical evaluations.
• Prepare rotating equipment technical documentation for purchaseReview, mark-up comments and finalize all vendor drawings, interfacing with other technical disciplines
  Attend to internal review activities and participate in inter-discipline review meetings (HAZOP, P&IDs screening, 3D Model review, etc).
• Coordinate and assist other technical disciplines to perform engineering activities providing technical information as utilities and electrical load list, layouts, etc
  Provide support for expediting and testing activitiesProvide support to project engineering for Client requirements providing technical information, attending meetings, etc.

Required profile and experience:

The candidate must demonstrate experience in autonomous work and have worked on service projects such as FEEDs, EPCs, etc., and/or have assumed the role of PMC/PMT supervising the work of another contractor.
Requirements:
Knowledge in the preparation of specifications, selection, technical evaluation of offers, inspection and tests of rotating equipment.
Experience in the application of Norms, International Standards, quality control plans and personnel management for the execution of projects.
General knowledge of the different disciplines involved: Electricity; Instrumentation; Piping; HSE.
Main valuable personal characteristics are leadership, proactivity, honesty, focusing on targets, ownership of assignments, team building and open to learn.
