Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead internal tender preparation, coordinate multiple departments, and ensure a complete and competitive technical-commercial proposal.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in proposal management within Oil & Gas, strong English, and be willing to travel abroad. The role offers two remote days per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical or chemistry.
• 7–10 years as Proposal Manager in oil refining, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment or upstream.
• Wide knowledge of Oil & Gas sector and international markets.
• High level English (written and spoken); other languages valued.
• Willingness to travel abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal tender preparation coordinating technicians, procurement, legal, estimates, etc.
• Address and obtain clarifications from the Client.
• Coordinate with Construction Management on strategy and subcontractor bids.
• Coordinate with partners/subcontractors for technical and commercial proposal.
• Monitor the offer budget estimates.
• Prepare commercial and administrative documentation; ensure technical docs are complete.
• Ensure proper emission of the technical-commercial proposal.
• Track and close the offer; prepare clarifications and amendments.
• Participate in negotiations with the Client.

We are looking for candidates for the position ofProposal Manager.

Responsible for analyzing the Client's invitation to bid requirements and assuring its completion.

• Leading the internal preparation of tenders, coordinating the different departments involved (technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc...) to obtain the necessary information for the bid.
• Address and obtain clarifications from the Client.
• Coordinate with the Construction Management the construction strategy and the attainment of bids from subcontractors.
• Coordinate with partners and/or subcontractors their correct involvement in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal.
• Supervise and monitor the accomplishment of the offer's estimate budget.
• Prepare the commercial and administrative documentation, as well as assuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate.
• Responsible for the correct emission of the technical-commercial proposal.
• Tracking and closing of the offer; prepare the subsequent clarifications and amendments to the presentation of the Offer.
• Actively participating in the negotiations with the Client.

Required profile and experience

• Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.
• 7 to 10 years as Proposal Manager in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment and upstream.We value the experience in the process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations.
• Wide knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector and its international market.
• Essential high level of English written and spoken. Additional languages will be valued.
• Availability to travel abroad.
