REMS is seeking a responsible Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals. You will coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams and serve as the main contact for property owners.

Based in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, you will conduct inspections, handle admin tasks related to upkeep, and create visual content like provisional photos and video tours to showcase properties.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must live in, or be willing to work daily from, Benalmádena or Torremolinos area.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and ensure properties are maintained and ready for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed.

Conocimientos

Bilingual English/Spanish

Valid driver’s license
