REMS in Spain is seeking a responsible Property Manager to oversee the condition and readiness of our managed properties for guest arrivals, focusing on property upkeep and owner relations. You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property.

Local presence in Benalmádena or Torremolinos is required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Residents of Benalmádena/Torremolinos area or willing to work daily from there.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee properties to maintain highest standards and readiness for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for apartment owners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
