You will be the main point of contact for our apartment owners, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and professional coordination regarding their property.

Local presence in Benalmádena or Torremolinos is required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Residents of Benalmádena/Torremolinos area or willing to work daily from there.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee properties to maintain highest standards and readiness for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as primary contact for apartment owners, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Your mission

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards and fully prepared for guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary contact for apartment owners, keeping them informed about their property and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and report findings.
• Handle administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.
• Be present and available in the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area, as the job requires local physical presence.
• Creation of visual content related to the property (provisional photoshoot and property video tour).

Your profile

Your profile Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license – mandatory.
• Must live in, or be willing to work daily from, the Benalmádena or Torremolinos area.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or client relations is a plus.
