Job summary

Homeclub is a premium flexible-living brand with over 20 years of hospitality experience within Home Select Group. We operate over 1,000 apartments in Madrid, plus Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia and Ibiza, hosting professionals, expats and companies from all over the world.

We are seeking Property Hosts in Madrid who manage their portfolio end-to-end—from welcoming guests to resolving on-site issues and handling admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to handle admin work and use digital tools.
• Hospitality, real estate or customer service experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
• Welcome guests in person and ensure the apartment is ready and in good condition.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and suppliers; fix issues with authority when needed.
• Be the guests' point of contact in Spanish and English throughout their stay.
• Manage documentation, records and charges; keep property data orderly.
• Spot recurring issues and push for permanent improvements.

Homeclub is a premium flexible-living brand backed by more than 20 years of hospitality experience within Home Select Group. Our apartments are rented by the month, so our guests don't just stay a few nights: they live with us for weeks or months. We operate over 1,000 apartments in Madrid, plus Barcelona, Málaga, Valencia and Ibiza, hosting professionals, expats and companies from all over the world.

What you'll do

At Homeclub, every apartment should feel like home from the moment a guest opens the door. We're looking for Property Hosts: one person who owns a portfolio of apartments in Madrid, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. You'll:

• Own your portfolio. You are the person responsible for your apartments and your guests. No handoffs, no "that's another department".
• Welcome guests in person. Check-ins and check-outs across your portfolio, making sure the apartment is perfect before they arrive and in good condition when they leave.
• Solve problems on the spot. When something breaks or a guest needs help, you coordinate maintenance, cleaning and suppliers, and you have real authority to fix it without waiting for approval.
• Be your guests' point of contact throughout their stay, in Spanish and English.
• Manage the administrative side of your apartments: documentation, records, charges and follow-ups, so everything about each property is in order.
• Spot what keeps going wrong and push to fix it for good.

About you

• Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.You love taking care of people and it shows.
• You are detail-oriented. You notice the light that doesn't work before the guest does.
• Organised and comfortable with admin work and digital tools.
• You take ownership and follow things through to the end.
• Hospitality, real estate or customer service experience is welcome, but not essential. We'll train you on the rest.
