Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Worker Advisor within the Global Operations organization to manage international mobility for Power Electronics projects. You will oversee assignment processes, policy compliance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple regions.

To support the growing Power Electronics business within the Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) Global Product Group at Hitachi Energy, we are searching for a Project Worker Advisor to join the Global Operations organization.
Mobility is a specialized area of HR focused on developing and managing programs and policies related to international employee assignments, and critical to the successful delivery of the growing number of Power Electronics projects around the world.
You will lead all aspects of the assignment process, policy and compliance matters, working closely with the Project Teams to ensure timely and compliant international mobilization of employees to customer project sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Global Mobility, preferably in field assignments, and in communicating with all stakeholders involved in the assignment process.
