Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Worker Advisor within the Global Operations organization to manage international mobility for Power Electronics projects. You will oversee assignment processes, policy compliance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple regions.

The role requires experience in Global Mobility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Tax or Law).
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax and employment laws.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of the international assignment process, policy and compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and compliant mobilization of employees.
• Select and prepare employees for international assignments.
• Design and administer expatriate policies and reward packages (compensation, housing allowances, tax equalization).
• Monitor foreign government policies and actions affecting operations and employee safety.
