Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking a Project Worker Advisor to lead the international assignment process within the GPQSS Global Operations team. The role focuses on mobility program design, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

You will coordinate relocations, immigration services, policy administration, and tax equalization, partnering with project teams worldwide to ensure timely and compliant deployments.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tax or Law.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including managing employee relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop talent mobility strategies and programs to support business growth and key talent development.
  • Select and prepare employees for international assignments.
  • Manage the relocation of employees, families, and belongings (visa coordination, immigration services, relocation assistance).
  • Design and administer expatriate policies and reward packages (compensation, housing allowances, tax equalization).
  • Monitor foreign government policies and actions that could impact operations and employee safety.
