Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead hotel refurbishment, renovation, and new development across its European portfolio, based in Barcelona, Spain. You will oversee complex projects in live environments, coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on brand standards with minimal disruption to operations.

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality fit-out or hotel projects, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in hotel refurbishment, renovation, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong track record in managing multiple construction or fit-out projects.
• Solid budgeting and cost control skills.
• Experience working with contractors and external partners.
• Highly organized, hands-on, and delivery-focused.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with contractors, designers, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets brand standards while minimizing disruption to live operations.

This is a high-paced, hands-on role requiring a strong background in hotel renovation or hospitality fit-out projects.
