• Идентификация рисков проекта и разработка контрмер.

• Lead and manage cross-product line projects from inception to completion
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Applied Innovation, regulatory, engineering, and manufacturing
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans

  Требования

  • University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or preferably PhD
  • technicians with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years of experience may be considered under certain circumstances
  • Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology
  • Profound knowledge of laboratory and production‑scale equipment used for emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products
  • Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with intercultural and cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools
  • Nice to have: Experience in the research and production of delivery systems and surfactants, knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives, and Personal Care.
