Infinitec Activos, SL in Barcelona seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-product line initiatives from inception to completion, coordinating Applied Innovation and production to meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within a research and development setting, fluent in English and Spanish, and capable of guiding diverse teams across functions.

Formación

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers, Nanotechnology or related areas; Master or PhD preferred, Bachelor with >5 years also considered.
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in R&D and production of delivery systems and surfactants.
• Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies.
• Profound knowledge of cosmetics Delivery System technologies and applications.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing cross-product line projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining a high level of quality. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating different departments (Applied Innovation, production) between different business unity of the Company in strategic projects, ensuring effective collaboration and good communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a research and development setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers, Nanotechnology or related areas; University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years of job experience are considered under certain circumstances as well.
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in the research and production of delivery system and surfactants.
• Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products.
• Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies.
• Profound knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and Personal Care are considered a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
