R&D Formulation Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of R&D projects in coordination with work team.
• Organize and oversee the team to meet assigned tasks.
• Monitor all project stages, ensuring compliance with external and internal client requirements.
• Actively participate in internal and external meetings with suppliers, research centres, laboratories to promote learning and department knowledge.
• Conduct market studies and monitoring to stay informed about latest technologies and assess their implementation potential in products.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English. Advanced level of German is a plus.
• Chemical background.
• Knowledge of household products, personal wash market or cosmetics.
• Knowledge of mass-scale production technology in FMCG field.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Ability to prepare and lead project meetings.
• Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams.
• Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills; ability to make independent decisions.
• Presentation skills and ability to present proposals and recommend solutions.
