Evonik in Spain is seeking a senior project manager to lead cross‑functional chemistry and nanotechnology initiatives. You will coordinate applied innovation, regulatory, engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of complex projects.

You’ll drive risk management, reporting to senior leadership, and foster international collaboration in a hybrid work environment that supports professional growth within a global science and engineering company.

Formación

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology or related fields; Master or PhD preferred.
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in delivery systems and surfactants.
• Lab and production-scale equipment knowledge for emulsions and delivery system technologies.
• Cosmetics and pharmaceutical delivery system technologies knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineers, Nanotechnology or related areas; University degree (Master or preferably PhD), technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years of job experience are considered under certain circumstances as well.
• Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in the research and production of delivery system and surfactants.
• Profound knowledge of lab and production scale equipment and its use for production of emulsions and Delivery System technologies and products.
• Profound knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical Delivery System technologies.
• Profound knowledge of cosmetics applications, cosmetic actives and Personal Care are considered a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
