Fever is seeking a Plaza Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of operations in La Plaza, the main public area of the Fan Zone. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Security, and Partners to ensure a safe, efficient operation during Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all operations within La Plaza during the setup, event, and dismantling phases.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact between the various operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders involved in the management of La Plaza.
• Coordinate the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure, ensuring compliance with the agreed planning, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee the operation of food & beverage outlets, entertainment areas, public seating and relaxation spaces, and guest services, ensuring they operate efficiently throughout the event.
• Coordinate the entertainment programme and stage operations in collaboration with the Production and Stage Management teams.
• Monitor crowd flows, queue management systems, and occupancy levels, working closely with the Security, Safety, Access Control, and Operations teams to ensure safe and efficient circulation.
• Lead the operational team assigned to La Plaza, coordinating supervisors, production assistants, runners, and temporary staff.
• Manage operational incidents, taking ownership of decision‑making within the area and escalating issues that may impact the delivery of the event.
• Maintain the necessary coordination with the contact designated by Fever, providing regular updates on operational status, incidents, and operational requirements.
• Prepare operational reports, monitoring project documentation, supplier performance, and the achievement of operational objectives.

About The Role

Plaza Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of operations within La Plaza, the main public area of the Fan Zone. The role leads coordination between Production, Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Security, Partners, and suppliers, ensuring a safe, efficient operation and a high‑quality experience for attendees throughout the Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out phases.

Deliverables

• La Plaza Operational Plan, where applicable.
• Operational schedule covering the Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out phases.
• Daily operational status and incident reports, when requested by Fever.
• Records of operational incidents and corrective actions implemented.
• Final operational report, including a summary of incidents, supplier performance evaluation, lessons learned, and recommendations for future editions.
