Fever, based in Madrid, is seeking a project manager to oversee complex event execution and coordinate among various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in project management, strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and a great ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of complex events for strategic partners, managing the full project life cycle from contract signing to final closing.
• Serve as the main point of contact among event organizers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Own the process, coordinate other departments, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ, working with product and engineering to deliver requirements and prioritize them with the product team.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to support user incidents managed by our support team.
• Ensure all documentation satisfies the requirements needed to achieve project goals.
• Attend onsite as required during launch or other key dates.

Who You Are

You are degree‑qualified with a project management background, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and exhibit a flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized mindset. You are entrepreneurial and comfortable coordinating across departments to deliver results in ambiguous situations.

• 3+ years in a project‑management role or consulting background. Event experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Strong appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
• Analytical, relationship‑management, and organizational skills.
• Solution‑focused; identifies problems and creates plans to resolve them.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Curious, willing to push boundaries, and try new concepts.
• Able to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
• Think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or data on which events work.
• Handle large amounts of work and parallel work‑streams.
• Collaborative, willing to get hands‑dirty and work on required tasks.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus.
