RED Global is seeking an OT Project Manager for a 12-month engagement in Madrid to drive digital manufacturing projects within a regulated environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and shopfloor resources to deliver on-project milestones.

The role focuses on Windows 11 upgrades, AGV/AMR deployment, and Siemens Industrial Edge/shopfloor data projects, requiring OT/automation experience, GMP/GxP knowledge, and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Formación

• Experience in OT, automation or digital manufacturing projects in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Siemens automation, PLC, OPC UA, S7 and industrial networks.
• Hands-on with Windows systems, AD and backups; familiar with FAT/SAT and validation.
• Ability to coordinate vendors and multidisciplinary technical teams; strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Windows 11 upgrades and shopfloor IT projects in a GMP/GxP setting.
• Lead AGV/AMR implementation and Siemens Industrial Edge initiatives.
• Manage data projects on the factory floor and ensure compliance.

One of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector is currently looking for OT Project Manager to join the team.

Position Title: OT Project Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain – 3 days Onsite

Duration: 12 months contract

We are looking for an OT Digital Project Engineer to support digital and automation projects within a regulated/GxP manufacturing environment. The role will coordinate Windows 11 upgrades, AGV/AMR implementation, and Siemens Industrial Edge/shopfloor data projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in OT, automation or digital manufacturing projects within a regulated/GxP environment.
• Knowledge of Siemens automation, PLC, OPC UA, S7 and industrial networks.
• Practical experience with Windows systems, patching, hardening, Active Directory and backups.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification/validation.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• AGV/AMR, Siemens Industrial Edge, MQTT or OT cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
