Tamarind Intelligence in Barcelona is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, and infrastructure projects across multiple countries.

You will manage end-to-end delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare, collaborating with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams, while coordinating with stakeholders and external partners in a fast-moving Medtech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Experience managing IT implementation, rollout, deployment, infrastructure, systems, or network projects.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and dependencies.
• English and Spanish fluency; international/multi-country experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment and infrastructure projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, Systems, and Network engineers with stakeholders and partners.
• Understand dependencies between systems and network teams and impact on delivery.
• Coordinate local and global IT teams through the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees and progress reviews.
• Coordinate testing, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies and local requirements.
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards and processes.
• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management.
• Support communication, training and change management as required.
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT Operations after project completion.

The Role

Our client, an international Medtech organization , is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead international IT implementation, rollout, and infrastructure-related projects.

You will manage projects end-to-end , from planning through deployment, go-live, and hypercare , coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and local organizations across different countries.

The role has a strong technical dimension, with a particular focus on working closely with Infrastructure, Systems, and Network teams.

A background exclusively focused on infrastructure is not required. We are also open to IT Project Managers with broader experience across different IT environments, provided they have a good understanding of systems, networks, infrastructure, and the dependencies between technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international IT implementation, rollout, deployment, and infrastructure-related projects;

• Coordinate testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities;
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and local requirements;
• Ensure alignment with global IT standards and processes;
• Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management;
• Support communication, training, and change management activities when required;
• Ensure a smooth transition to IT Operations once the project is completed.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management;
• Experience managing IT implementation, rollout, deployment, transformation, infrastructure, systems, or network-related projects;
• A good understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and technical dependencies;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and understand their constraints and interdependencies;
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working in international or multi-country environments;
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Excellent English and Spanish;
• Willingness to travel approximately 10--15% of the time.

A PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification is a plus.

Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.
