AG Solution Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior OT Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of industrial digitalisation projects within global transformation programmes. Take end-to-end ownership across OT Applications, Data initiatives, and cross-functional teams.

You will work with Digital Transformation leadership, PMO, technical teams and customers to ensure successful delivery, with room to make decisions and grow scope as the portfolio expands.

Formación

• 5+ years of project delivery experience in industrial/OT initiatives.
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary programmes across international or matrix environments.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Catalan are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when project/site needs require it.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple OT/industrial digitalisation projects from initiation to handover with scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and quality ownership.
• Build credible delivery plans reflecting manufacturing realities (shutdowns, testing windows, site readiness, FAT/SAT).
• Coordinate OT Applications, Data, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams and external vendors.
• Act as trusted partner to translate between business, IT, OT and engineering stakeholders.
• Escalate issues clearly when sponsorship intervention is required and maintain governance records.
