RED Global is seeking an OT Project Manager to lead digital and automation projects in a regulated manufacturing environment in Madrid, with onsite requirement three days per week.

The role focuses on coordinating Windows 11 upgrades, AGV/AMR implementations, and Siemens Industrial Edge/shopfloor data initiatives, working with cross-functional teams and vendors. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred; contract length is 12 months.

Formación

• Experience in OT, automation or digital manufacturing projects within a regulated/GxP environment.
• Knowledge of Siemens automation, PLC, OPC UA, S7 and industrial networks.
• Practical experience with Windows systems, patching, hardening, Active Directory and backups.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, commissioning, qualification/validation.
• Experience coordinating vendors and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• AGV/AMR, Siemens Industrial Edge, MQTT or OT cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
• Strong project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
