Вы будете координировать команду, управлять зависимостями, работать с заказчиками и стейкхолдерами, применять методологии waterfall и agile, и обеспечивать эффективное управление информацией.

Требуется 10–15 лет опыта в финансовом секторе, сертификация PMP и хорошее знание английского.

Qualifications

• At least 10-15 years of project management experience in Financial Institution companies.
• At least 3 years experience in managing projects with scrum/agile methodology.
• Experience in managing distributed project teams in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good knowledge of investment instruments and investment accounting process.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience with different PM methodologies (i.e. waterfalls, scrum, agile etc.).
• Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and delivers multiple projects, medium & large sized in Investment Accounting & Administration.
• Facilitates and coordinates completion of its agreed deliverables with the project team.
• Responsible for the overall quality of project deliverables and removing any impediments to delivery the project on quality, time and budget.
• Manages the dependencies internal and external to the project.
• Communicates effectively with project stakeholders, customers and leadership team to manage expectation and outcome.
• Ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, monitoring, and the ultimate disposition of project information to enable effective decision making and ensure successful project outcomes.

You will join the Program Delivery team, responsible for the operational management of distinct mid-size to large-size projects and ensures that the overall project objectives are clearly defined and met.
