Кандидат с опытом в многоуровневых структурах, сильными аналитическими навыками и владением Excel/Power BI. Ожидается свободное владение английским языком и развитые коммуникативные способности в многонациональной среде.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в аналогичной роли.
• Навыки бюджетирования, контроля затрат и финансового планирования.
• Навыки анализа данных и подготовки отчетности с Excel и Power BI.
• Свободное владение английским языком.
• Отличные навыки слушания и коммуникации на разных уровнях.
• Сильные лидерские и управляющие навыки.
• Гибкость и адаптивность в динамичных матричных условиях.
• Будет плюсом: знания Agile, опыт в страховом секторе, знание испанского/французского.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечивать плавное выполнение проектов и их управление.
• Сверять бюджеты, анализ и мониторинг финансовой точности.
• Управлять учётом времени, формировать отчеты и обновления статуса.
• Поддерживать обмен знаниями и коммуникацию между командами.
• Готовить отчеты, документацию продукта и глобальные коммуникации.

Задачи:

Ensure the smooth execution and governance of organizational projects and operational activities Reconcile budgets, including detailed analysis and ongoing monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and accountability Manage time-tracking processes, produce tracking reports and monthly status updates, and maintain data quality for actual cost reporting across BAU operations and projects Communicate and manage changes related to end-user services and workplace environments to ensure smooth transitions Consolidate and maintain the product knowledge base to support efficient information sharing and access to resources Facilitate community management initiatives to encourage collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement across teams Produce reports, product documentation, and global communications

Требования:

At least 5 years of experience preferred Skills in budgeting and cost control, including financial planning, cost estimation, and budget monitoring Knowledge of change-management processes and tools to manage project scope effectively Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI Basic knowledge of IT systems Fluent English Excellent active listening and communication skills across seniority levels, countries, and cultures Strong leadership and management skills Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in dynamic, matrix environments Resilience, tenacity, and perseverance in changing environments Будет плюсом: Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies or frameworks, business acumen or knowledge of the insurance or assistance sector, financial background, practical knowledge of process design and systems architecture principles, Spanish, French
