MIGSO-PCUBED ищет специалиста по контролю затрат для проектов в строительной сфере. Ваша задача — следить за бюджетами, финансовой эффективностью и прогрессом проектов, взаимодействовать с закупкой и управляющими объектами.

Требуется не менее 3 лет опыта в контроле затрат на строительных проектах, свободный английский (C1) и продвинутый Excel. Гибкость в подходах к работе, умение работать с несколькими стейкхолдерами приветствуется.

Qualifications

• Требуется высшее образование в области гражданского строительства, архитектуры или экономики со специализацией в строительстве.
• Опыт работы по контролю затрат на проектах средней сложности не менее 3 лет.
• Свободное знание английского языка на уровне C1.
• Продвинутый уровень Excel, SAP, Presto и MS Project; аналитическое мышление и финансовое видение.
• Навыки переговоров с поставщиками и субподрядчиками; умение взаимодействовать с различными участниками проекта.

Responsabilités

• Обеспечение выполнения проекта в рамках запланированного бюджета.
• Контроль финансовой эффективности и прогресса проекта.
• Идентификация рисков затрат и потенциальных отклонений.
• Контроль бюджетов и затрат; подготовка прогностических отчетов.
• Взаимодействие с заинтересованными сторонами (закупки, прораб и др.).
• Переговоры с поставщиками и субподрядчиками.

• Ensure that the project is executed within the planned budget
• Monitor the project's financial performance and progress.
• Identify cost risks and potential deviations.
• Control budgets and costs.
• Prepare the forecast Report efficiently using reports
• Communicate with the various stakeholders involved (procurement, site manager, etc.)
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors

Требования:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Business Administration with a specialization in construction, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in cost control on medium-sized construction projects
• You are fluent in English (C1)
• Advanced knowledge of Advanced Excel, SAP, Presto, MS Project Analytical skills and financial vision.
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and subcontractors
• You are a dynamic person who enjoys being in contact with different stakeholders
