agap2 is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead banking-related technology transformations. You will manage projects from start to finish, translate business needs into technical requirements, and guide architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance systems.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management within large corporate environments, experience with SPA frameworks, and hands-on familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and containers like Docker/Kubernetes.

Formación

• At least 5 years of IT Project Manager experience in large-scale corporate settings.
• Experience developing SPA applications (Angular, React, or Vue.js) with focus on UX.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures, APIs, and async messaging patterns.

We are currently looking to bring on a Project Manager to work on banking projects, leading the management and design of solutions in a large-scale technology environment. If you have experience managing complex projects, microservices architecture, and high-performance, scalable solutions, this challenge is for you!

Lead and manage technology projects from beginning to end, clearly translating business needs into technical requirements. Participate in the design of architectural solutions, processes, and integrations, ensuring the system is scalable and delivers high performance. Ensure compliance with corporate technology standards and criteria. Work closely with different departments and suppliers to drive strategic technology transformation.

Требования

At least 5 years of experience in an IT Project Manager role in large-scale corporate environments. Development of SPA applications (Angular, React, or Vue.js), prioritizing dynamic interfaces and UX. Technologies and design patterns for microservices-based back-end systems (RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging such as Kafka/RabbitMQ, and containers such as Docker/Kubernetes). Familiarity with management methodologies, project tracking tools (PPM, Jira/Rally, Confluence), and supplier management.
