Italiaonline in Spain is seeking a Publisher Onboarding & Programmatic Partnerships Manager (Easybid) to drive the integration of new publishers into the Easybid ecosystem, maximizing value and ensuring scalable onboarding.

You will work closely with Sales, AdOps and Tech/Product teams to optimize Prebid on the publisher side, Header Bidding, and Google Ad Manager configurations, strengthening relationships and monetization.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in Programmatic, Publisher Development, or adtech roles with publishers.
• Strong knowledge of Prebid on the publisher side and Header Bidding dynamics.
• Hands-on experience managing MCM onboarding within Google Ad Manager.
• Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, Open Market, PMP) and revenue models.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and ownership.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with a consultative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, from setup to go-live and monitoring.
• Build and develop commercial relationships with publishers to drive monetization opportunities.
• Act as main contact for publishers during onboarding, ensuring smooth relations.
• Coordinate activities across publishers, internal teams, and adops for alignment.
• Support integration in Google Ad Manager with focus on MCM setup.
• Lead setup and adoption of Header Bidding and Prebid on the publisher side.
• Educate publishers on programmatic monetization best practices.
• Support the commercial team in pre- and post-sales with technical guidance.
• Monitor onboarding KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
