Formación

• Se exige dominio del inglés (fluido, escrito y hablado).
• Más de 5 años de experiencia profesional en el campo correspondiente.
• Formación universitaria: licenciatura o superior.
• Experiencia en entrega de última milla y gestión de flotas.
• Competencias en Microsoft Office y análisis de datos.
• Habilidades de comunicación, coordinación y resolución de problemas en entornos multiculturales.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar e impulsar marcos escalables y procedimientos operativos estandarizados para múltiples países de la UE.
• Liderar mejoras de programas como capacidad de conductores y diseño de infraestructura EV.
• Analizar y monitorizar métricas de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de optimización en operaciones europeas.
• Alinear con adquisiciones y operaciones locales para implementar soluciones que aborden retos de negocio.

You'll be joining the team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you will do

1.Process Optimization and Standards Implementation

• Design and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Drive process improvement across several operational domains including performance management, vehicle damage and repair management, preventive maintenance, and shift and demand planning.

2.Strategic Program Enhancement

• Lead the development and execution of program enhancements such as driver capacity planning and the strategic design of the EV infrastructure.

3.Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence

• Analyze and monitor delivery performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with local operations teams throughout Europe.

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

• Orchestrate cross-functional alignments with key stakeholders, including Procurement and Local Operations to drive the implementation of solutions that resolve relevant business challenges.

About you

• Language Requirements: Fluent spoken and written in English
• More than 5+ years of professional experience in respective field
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in last mile delivery sector, fleet management
• Proficient in Office software and strong data analysis skills
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities; ideally in a multi-cultural environment
