BYD Europe is seeking a logistics coordinator to ensure smooth flow of goods from factory to retail partners in Spain. You will optimize supply chain processes and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

You will plan, monitor, and coordinate transport modes, collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams, and support process improvements across operations. Strong English and Spanish, plus ERP/Excel skills, are essential.

Formación

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration.
• Experience in logistics, allocation, or production planning in automotive.
• Strong management and communication skills with logistics/transport providers and partners.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, with strong team spirit.
• Excellent Spanish skills and business-fluent English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and optimize the supply chain from factory to delivery to retailers.
• Operational and strategic management of logistics and transport service providers, including performance monitoring, escalation handling, and contract management.
• Coordinate transport modes (sea, rail, and road) with a focus on cost, time, and quality.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and import regulations.
• Analyze logistics processes and derive measures to improve efficiency.
• Verificating, reconciliating, and filing of vendor invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support projects aimed at process optimization within the operations area.
