A day in the life of a VPLE team member is never the same. The day is split evenly between reactive escalations about field issues, project work to progress field resolutions, weekly cadence and team/development activities. Prioritization is critical in this team, and the stack‑ranking of workload is ever‑changing due to our reactive nature. It's fast paced, fun, interesting and challenging, the result of which makes for a very rewarding workload.
The team is small, agile and technically astute. We make decisions on behalf of a 30K strong fleet, and position ourselves as the technical voice of AMZL. As we push towards a standardized methodology, we search out gaps in our processes to ensure we are ever‑improving and seek excellence.
