Kongsberg Automotive in Spain is seeking a Program Manager to lead end-to-end product development and industrialization in a dynamic automotive environment.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the primary interface between customers, operations, engineering and suppliers, delivering on time, on budget, and to high quality. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and a track record of international project management.

Formación

• 5–10 years in automotive production and processes
• International project and team management experience
• Analytical with a results-driven, people-development orientation

• Knowledge of Kaizen and 8D problem solving
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and APQP
• SAP and PLM knowledge recommended

In this Program Manager role, you will lead end-to-end product development and industrialization efforts within a dynamic automotive environment. • Knowledge of problem solving tools (Kaizen, 8D) and process audits
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and APQP
• Recommended knowledge of SAP and PLM (SAP experience desirable)
