Kongsberg Automotive is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality planning from development to serial production for new products across Europe. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to uphold high product and process quality in a fast-paced global setting.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, solving quality issues, and driving robust processes compliant with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, with focus on PPAP and problem-solving techniques.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality departments.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of core quality tools and methods for automotive quality.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality planning for new products from development through serial production.

As a Quality Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive, you will lead quality planning from development to serial production for new products. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers across Europe to uphold high product and process quality. • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma
• 2 to 5 years of experience in quality departments
• High level of English (spoken and written)
• Core Tools Knowledge: PPAP, AMFE, SPC, MSA, APQP
• Problem solving tools: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, FTA
• Training in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
• Knowledge of system auditors per IATF16949:2016 and process (VDA 6.3)
