Lear Corporation is seeking a manufacturing engineer in Spain to lead the industrialization of new products and production lines within a fast-paced automotive electronics environment. You will help ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing processes that support successful product launches and continuous operational improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, experience in manufacturing engineering, knowledge of SMT, automation and testing, and fluent English with strong

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering within a production environment.
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the industrialization of new product launches and ensure successful production ramp-up.
  • Plan, design, and implement new production lines to meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets.
  • Coordinate project industrialization activities and ensure achievement of defined milestones.
  • Identify and introduce new manufacturing technologies that improve production performance.
  • Support Factory 4.0 initiatives through the execution of automation and innovation projects.
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer, quality, and business requirements.
  • Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process readiness, equipment reliability, and launch success.

Job Description

As part of the manufacturing engineering team, you will lead the industrialization of new products and production lines within a fast-paced automotive electronics environment. You will help ensure high-quality, efficient, and innovative manufacturing processes that support successful product launches and continuous operational improvement.

Experience Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.

  • Fluent English communication skills, with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities.
