Lear in Barcelona (Catalonia) seeks an experienced Production Operations Leader to oversee manufacturing, lead teams, refine processes, and coordinate with logistics, quality, and engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality production. Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role in manufacturing.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment.
• Familiarity with production planning systems, including SAP/MRP.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
