Lear Corporation is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee end-to-end material flow in a Just-in-Time manufacturing setting. You’ll collaborate with production, suppliers, and transport partners to keep lean inventory and high service levels, ensuring on-time delivery with zero production disruption.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics within manufacturing, experience with JIT/lean setups, and proficiency with ERP systems like SAP, plus strong problem-solving and indirect leadership

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production support in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a Just-in-Time (JIT) or Automotive lean manufacturing setup.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and transport or warehouse management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and indirect leadership ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery aligned with JIT production schedules.
• Manage daily transport plans, carrier communication, and shipment tracking to avoid delays or line stoppages.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment to maintain minimal stock without risking shortages.
• Collaborate with production planners and suppliers to align delivery windows and adjust to demand changes.
• Resolve logistics disruptions quickly, including shortages, urgent shipments, and transport issues.
• Analyze logistics performance (OTIF, lead times, costs) and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP or transport systems to support real-time visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
