Lear Corporation's manufacturing engineering team leads the industrialization of new products and production lines in a fast-paced automotive electronics environment, ensuring high-quality and efficient processes for successful product launches and ongoing operational improvement.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing new lines, coordinating milestones, adopting new manufacturing technologies, and driving Factory 4.0 initiatives to meet quality and cost targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or process engineering within a production environment.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, including SMT, automation, and testing.
• Fluent English communication skills, with strong leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Lead the industrialization of new product launches and ensure successful production ramp-up.
• Plan, design, and implement new production lines to meet quality, capacity, and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate project industrialization activities and ensure achievement of defined milestones.
• Identify and introduce new manufacturing technologies that improve production performance.
• Support Factory 4.0 initiatives through the execution of automation and innovation projects.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet customer, quality, and business requirements.
• Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process readiness, equipment reliability, and launch success.
