Siena AI, a fully distributed AI company, seeks a growth-oriented product-minded professional to own a defined Siena product surface. You will diagnose behavior, correlate customer feedback, and collaborate with PMs to shape the roadmap.

This hands-on role serves as a bridge between customers and product leadership, with a path into product management or deployment. You’ll own enablement, run webinars, support sales, and translate patterns across tickets into actionable signals for roadmap

Formación

• Experience in customer support or CS with product influence
• Ability to rewrite unclear docs into useful guidance
• Ability to spot bugs and patterns across tickets
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Own defined Siena product surface and become its expert
• Learn the platform end-to-end: agent behavior, prompts, deployment
• Diagnose agent behavior across product/config/customer
• Turn customer signals into prioritized roadmap input
• Create enablement content: docs, guides, live-chat material
• Run webinars and demos, support sales, and perform market research
• Handle the support queue as a signal source, not just overflow
