Job summary

TP is hiring a Product Owner – AI Solutions (Growth & Sales) to own end-to-end product delivery for vertical AI solutions focused on commercial growth, sales automation, and revenue acceleration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define roadmaps and build scalable products.

The role requires substantial experience in software product management and hands-on AI product work, plus strong CRM integration and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in software product management or technical product ownership.
• Experience with external vendors, systems integrators, or co-development teams.
• Experience deploying CRM integrations (Salesforce/HubSpot/MS Dynamics) or conversational AI platforms.
• Hands-on AI product work; able to discuss architectural trade-offs with engineers.
• Certifications such as CSPO/SAFe/PMO are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year Growth & Sales AI product roadmap.
• Bridge horizontal AI capabilities into vertical sales products.
• Lead cross-functional build pods across disciplines.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partner ecosystems.
• Define BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead country/client roll-outs and manage delivery risks.
• Coordinate pricing, packaging, and ROI messaging.
